1. Online store terms

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and images accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee exact colour representation. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; VINIORA does not store your full card details. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping and delivery

Items are dispatched from our fulfilment partners and delivered with tracking. Estimated delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible, unworn items within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if unopened and sealed.

6. Product care and use

Our jewellery is fashion jewellery (gold-plated, silver-plated or alloy) unless stated otherwise. Follow the guidance in our Jewellery Care Guide. We are not liable for wear, tarnishing or damage caused by misuse, water, chemicals or normal wear and tear.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the VINIORA name, logo, text, graphics and images, belongs to VINIORA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Third-party links and tools

We may provide links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VINIORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
