Where do you ship?
We ship to India, the United States and the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–8 business days in India, 5–12 in the US and 6–14 in the UK. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Our pieces come from different partner warehouses, so some orders are shipped in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders in India. If it is, you'll see it at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be charged local duties or taxes by your country's customs office. These are paid by the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

What is your jewelry made of?
Materials vary by piece and are listed on each product page. Many of our styles are made from alloy, stainless steel or sterling silver, with gold or silver plating.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotions. Store them in a dry pouch or box, and wipe gently with a soft cloth to keep them shining.
Are the colors shown accurate?
We do our best to show true colors, but shades may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
