Where we ship
VINIORA currently ships to India, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- India: 4–8 business days after dispatch
- United States: 5–12 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 6–14 business days after dispatch
Our products are shipped from partner warehouses in different locations, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays or because of courier delays.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (India)
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders in India and will be shown at checkout if available.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at admin@viniora.com and we'll look into it right away. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
