How to care for your VINIORA jewellery
With a little care, your gold-plated, pearl and sterling silver pieces will keep their shine for years. Here's how.
Everyday wear
- Last on, first off. Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before exercising, swimming or showering.
- Avoid contact with water, sweat, chlorine and household cleaners, which can dull plating and pearls.
Cleaning
- Gold-plated pieces: wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth after wearing. Never use abrasive polish.
- Pearls and shells: wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth, then let them air-dry flat.
- Sterling silver: use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Store it with an anti-tarnish strip.
Storage
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches and tangling.
- Keep jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Lay necklaces flat or hang them to avoid knots.
Handbag care
Wipe vegan leather bags with a soft, damp cloth, stuff them with tissue to hold their shape, and store them in a dust bag away from heat.
